"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with. "I'm a new 1st time homeowner and was concerned about finding a skilled professional electrician. Bill from Inland electric arrived on time and gave us a complete estimate for the work we were asking for. We originally just wanted a whole house fan installed, and overhead lighting installed were there was no lighting at all. His work is so impressive that we ended up having our entire house done with beautiful recessed lighting, hung several large chandeliers, accent lighting, & he was able to install several light fixtures in rooms where no lighting existed before! And he showed up everyday on time until the job was done! We thank you!!!"

"This bilingual company did a wonderful job. The crew was respectful and courteous. We had 32 cubic yard of bark remove, re install drip line for over 20 plants and trees, re wire garden lights, replace boarder with a metal boarder, apply weed barrier then cover area with 36 cubic yard of 3/4-1" of river rock. We are very pleased with their timeline. FYI, the written quote had some grammatical issues, this in part due to being bilingual. The quote reflected our verbal discussion."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
