"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

He called when he was about 15 minutes away and showed up well within the 2 hour window he had said. He pulled the toilet and camera scoped the outflow pipe, removing the blockage while showing me the corrosion of the almost closed, 60 year old cast iron pipe that also had root invasion. "My house was built in 1926 and the sewer pipes have not been changed in over 50 years.  Plotke Plumbing would come out every year and snake out the roots in the main line.  This year they had a hard time breaking through, so I decided to have the camera run down the length of the pipe.  Roots were entering the seams of the clay pipe.  Giovanni did the camera inspection, which I watched while the camera went down the line.  He gave me an estimate on using a combination of pipe bursting and reline. Only 2 holes were dug and no trenching. He indicated the job would take 3 days, and offered to start a few days later, since there was no backup or emergency.  I have used Plotke Plumbing on big and small jobs for many years. I trust the owners and decided to go forward.  The crew showed up right on time, spent the first day doing the excavation, second and third day installing the new pipe and cleaning up.  I got to see the completed job by the camera that was inserted in the line for me.  I think they did a good job, showed up on time, did what they said they would do and delivered the finished job at the agreed price. Nobody likes to hear that they need a big plumbing job for their home.  Plotke Red Lilly works around my neighborhood all the time.  They would not be in business this long if they were not doing a good work and providing good customer service.
