What impressed us just as much was the caliber of his entire team. He did say that he may not be able to solve the problem on his home because the drain pipe was bigger than what he was equipped for, but he ended up managing with the smaller machine that he had. Next time, I would recommend verifying the pipe size with the client beforehand, but no harm done and problem solved! The company was very professional and efficient."
