I had some other people coming for plumbing and they didn't put the stuff in the right place, so I used Albano's to put everything in the right place and then I used them to install my vent over the stove just because they were here. I found out it's better to do business with the local people, they were responsive and professional. I thought if I am upset with them then I can go and bang on their doors. They were responsive and seemed well versed in what they were doing."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
