We purchased the unit but had trouble finding a contractor that could manage the detailed installation required -- additional supports in the attic, a steel frame and non combustable chase, then a custom modern looking hearth. We had a photo of what we wanted the finished install to look like.....and not much else. Mike and his team came in and managed the process, and us, like pros. Every detail was considered, they took great care to protect the house from debris and dust during construction and the final project looked exactly as we had hoped for. Mike's knowledge of the fireplace unit and construction considerations were above and beyond, we felt in great hands for the entire experience!"

"Needed to use the machine snake to clear a bathroom drain that had a rust clog. The job took about 40 minutes.  The plastic trap was broken by the drain snake, so he had to replace it. The brass replacement cost $35.  The trip charge/first hour was $104. Total charge was $139. Plumber was experienced, knew what he was doing and didn't try to sell me a whole new drain pipe for the house which is 90 yrs. old.  I have used Plotke Plumbing for years.  They are not cheap, but I have found them to be honest and professional."

"Main line root clog. Late evening call to request service the following morning for a root issue in Main line. Needed to be hydro jet due to the liner put in a few years prior. ( side note..NOT done by this company and didn't hold. Expensive and would replace with new pipe for same cost.) Expedient service and video verification . Would Definitely recommend this company.
