The knowledge of ADU construction and design was so reassuring. The communication and attentiveness to our questions and concerns were second to none. Due to their office being within walking distance of the LA City offices, they walked us to each office and helped us with each step. They handled making all the City appointments for us . The hardest thing was writing the check and to be honest it was very easy because their fee was more than fair and well deserved. They were so prompt with everything. We will definitely be using them again for our next ADU project!

Franco was outstanding. Knowing nothing about the process, Franco was patient and understanding of all our questions. Franco and his team worked on getting me a permit for my ADU. They deigned a plan for my back unit beautifully and finished in an exceptional time. They got me the approval in less than a month and two weeks. They are honest, accurate and I highly recommend them for your projects.

I highly recommend Franco and Rene as skilled architects. We hired them to design plans to remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, and design a new master bathroom and bedroom that we are adding to our home by converting an existing space. After meeting with them, they got a sense of our design aesthetic and the 3D renderings came out great. They were easy to work with, professional, and the work they produced was high quality. Exceptional customer service and they are very responsive. They also handled filing our permits. You will be in good hands with Franco and Rene.

Franco and his father Rene are experienced architects who came out to the site promptly, game planned a way to get approval for a multi unit triplex from duplex on the spot, and followed through each step of the phase. We successfully were able to get all city approvals in the city of LA. A+ Rating

The architects assisted in getting permits and answered all questions during the course of the construction. Fortunately and thanks to the accurate plans we did not have any corrections related to the plans. I am very happy with Franco Ricalde company and will work with them again. By the way, we received a lot of compliments on the final project which was an ADU in the backyard.
