Daniel and his team were just great! Upon first meeting Daniel I felt he was trustworthy and competent to do the job. I am very intuitive and instinctive and thus felt no need to look further. He and his crew arrived on time as promised, did an excellent job and were very friendly guys to boot! I highly recommend Daniel and his team!!

This project is held up by the insurance process. We are in litigation over a dispute of the value of the property that is being demolished. The time frame for the project is May 9th - June 9th as long as we get the appraisals done. Daniel Shoemaker also referred me to the excavator / grading specialist / foundation contractor. All the foundation contractors that have contacted me through Angie have either told me they don’t do this work or made appointments that they didn’t show up for. Daniel’s team mates seem like they are the best choice that will help us complete this project a-z. I am currently looking for an architect to draw up the foundation plans so that we can get the approvals from the HCD. When I have requested this info from Angi, it keeps ha ing an “error”. Daniel and his team were awesome. They arrived on time, were respectful, responsive, and very nice. Daniel was super accommodating with everything we needed to get rid of and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job. We plan to use him again when we move to the next phases of our project. I highly recommend him to anyone needing quality demo work done quickly and with care.

Dan is a really great and easy guy to talk to. He did a wonderful and clean job of demoing my parents back yard. The process was clean and fast. Growing up around construction I know demoing can be something that causes such a mess, but Dan got it done fast,easy, and with no mess. They were extremely professional, did everything we asked them to do and left the site even better than I had anticipated.

Very Professional , Polite, Spent extra time to clean up the job site. Completed the job sooner than he had quoted, and adjusted his fee accordingly. Explained the process very well, and made sure that I understood there could be a couple of issues that might arise during the job that could affect the pricing of the job. They were removing a large amount of dirt, grass, gravel, and a retaining wall from our backyard, and side of the house. Daniel made me aware that if whomever had originally installed the retaining wall had placed some plumbing within the walls they had no way to see this before removing the wall itself. I thought that was very kind of him to explain a possible issue before it happens, rather than just going forward and then surprising me. Turns out no plumbing in the wall. When the job was complete it was if the grass, dirt, gravel, and the wall never existed at my house. Daniel is very hardworking and honest. I have hired him for other smaller jobs, I wish they were bigger! Don't go for the cheapest price, you definitely get what you pay for.

Dan, the owner was a very well spoke to the point no BS guy. He was very professional and gave me a reasonable price for the requested scope of work we asked him and his company to perform. Showed-up, performer, great price and did even more than I thought he would for the price. I highly recommend his services.

They, gave us a free quote, showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job was complete. We had certain requests for each room and they listened to every detail!!
