"Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better."

"Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. The new heating system worked perfectly and efficiently this winter. I'm looking forward to seeing the new AC system work this summer. "Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. "After calling several companies in regards to tankless water heaters, we set an appointment with Kevin who was professional and knowledgable about these energy efficient water heaters.  We decided to go with Baltica because of their "can do" attitude.  They knew what was possible and what was not, even providing us with several options on where to place the water heaters and what else we could do with our piping.  Since we bought a multi-unit building that was built in the 1930s, they were very helpful in suggesting replacing certain pipes and fixtures.  Even while they were relocating pipes, they noticed an unused space behind the wall and suggested that we build a storage room.  We have since built the room and have increase our square footage and storage space (thanks Val!!). After work was completed, they were always very responsive to our request of documentation to submit for our tankless water heater rebates.  Kevin, Val, & Marius were all awesome to work with.  We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs, especially if you are interested in a tankless water heater.

"Joe was amazing. He not only found a better A/C unit than the one we we were looking at (for even less than what we had originally budgeted) he also installed it perfectly. When we had a small issue (turned out to be low FREON) Joe came, replaced a valve and fixed it perfectly. Our new A/C is working great and Joe has been amazing to deal with. The cost to repair it would have been over $500, so we both agreed it would be better for me to just get a new washing machine.
