A few months ago my LG Refrigerator decided to start acting up, it wasn't getting cold, it stopped making ice and everything in my freezer had went bad...a nightmare. Then I had to find a trusted repair service, which almost anyone can understand how difficult a task that can be. I decided to request assistance from Angie's list, I received a few emails and text, however, the first call came from Fausto Jr., and I can say that I liked him from the start. Fausto, was very professional and personable, he understood the urgency of my dilemma and came right out to assess the situation. He arrived on time, and was ready to work. He told me that he would send someone out to replace the condenser which had died. The next day, we met Fausto Sr., whom, by the way is one of the most kindest persons I've ever met. He also, was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. Fausto Sr., came to my home three different times, he really worked hard to get that refrigerador working. See, Yelp & google

The appliance repair person installed a new electric cooktop. They were efficient, knew what and they were doing. I recommend them highly.

He changed one bulb light in my fridge, and it took him less than 5 minutes to do his job. To be charged $100 for a replacement of ONE LED light ( which I provided) is too much money. That is equal to $1,200/hr.....I couldn't imagine how much he'll charge if he has to spend 3 or 4 hours for something else more complicated....Very nice young fellow, and very professional.

Fausto did a great job - he responded quickly to my call, accurately diagnosed the problem (pump motor), ordered the part and returned the next day to install it. In less than 24 hours he had my washer running better than it has in years at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I highly recommend him!

Fausto came on time. He is very friendly and has good customer service skills. He listened while I explained to him all the problems I had with my washer which I bought 19 years ago. He then started checking everything - the motor, drum , and the parts at the back of the washer before running the diagnostic test. However, he didn't find any problem. He explained to me the possible cause of the shaking/turning of the washer and turning off to avoid the problems from happening again. I will definitely call him again if i will need repair job for my other appliances in the future and refer him to my neighbors and friends who will need repair jobs.

Fausto and David are both gentlemen who know exactly what is needed to perform any appliance repair. They are honest, work clean and the fairest pricing around. Always reliable and show up whenever they say they will.

Fausto replaced the felt seal on my dryer. He came next day and completed the work very quickly. Super cool guy too!

Fausto is the consummate pro! He is capable of fixing any large appliance. He is very knowledgeable, and he responds to calls, inquiries very quickly. I would strongly recommend his work to anyone!
