John, who installed the system is also knowledgable and quick and kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Very good work and he showed me what to watch out for. "When trying to get a new water heater installed in my house, I was initially nervous about hiring. When the guys showed up to the job, they asked me thoroughly what I wanted out of their services. We talked about a few different options, the price for each option, and which would be the easiest to hardest. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and any nerves I had about the job were gone. Within a week of my decision, the guys were at my house and finishing the job. When it came to professionalism, knowledge, and general zealousness to do a great job is sufficient time, I wouldn't recommend anybody but F.B. plumbing."

"Well, this isnt really about the company. They were fine and did their part satisfactorily. This is about one of their employees, a Mr Jim Costello. This man is old school fantastic. If you ever need Mr Rooter to come to your house, request this man, you will NOT be sorry. My background (retired now) has a lot of equipment or automotive mechanical experience in it. One thing that always bugged me was 'parts changers'. These type of people didn't know how to fix things or troubleshoot anything, they would just order a whole new this or that and on occasion get lucky and actually make something work Mr Costello is not like that. Not even close. I was having a rather unusual problem that nobody, not even the 'senior tech' could figure out. All he wanted to do was, you guessed it, order a whole new assembly. What Mr Costello, 'Jimmie', did is give me some good old school thinking and figuring and reasoned out the problem. Then, on a Friday evening, when most people would be trying to get home, he went back to the shop, searched for about an hour for the right part, and then came back ,That evening, to fix my heater. To me, an old school type, this meant a lot. For Jimmie, it wasn't about checking off boxes or punching a clock. To a man like Mr Costello, it is the job that matters, the 'git r done' attitude that is sadly lacking in so many people these days. It is too bad Mr Costello doesn't own his own business, he would get all my plumbing business from now on.

Todd with Reno Renovators came to the rescue! Todd recommended that we remove as much of the siding and insulation before the work started to let it air out and to save money. Once the crew got on the job, it was done within two days. Todd walked us through the whole process, which is nice for first-time homeowners, and his crew did a fantastic job.

My only criticism is that once the initial meeting took place, we didn't hear from him for some time. We understood that we were next on the list after they finished another job, but we didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks. A phone call would have been nice to reassure us that we weren't forgotten."
