Steve, the owner of the company was extremely attentive to our problem. We were concerned about an odor in the house that smelled like mold. Steve came over the same day we called to test our air to be sure that we were not living in a dangerous situation. He sent air samples that he harvested in numerous places in our home and crawlspace to an outside lab for testing. A few days later he called us to let us know that there was some mold but it was not the dangerous kind. He followed up the phone call with an official report from the lab. The primary souce of the mold was the crawlspace. Steve cleaned up the source of the mold and helped us find the source of water that was causing the problem. He is in the process of cleaning out the crawlspace of debris that was harboring the mold at this time. The odor is now gone and we are so relieved.

Steve was very knowledgeable in the area of air quality. After analysis of air, recommend treatment and followed thru.

Pure Air Solutions dis a fantastic job for Me. Tested all areas I requested. Had my air quality report ready in a very short time. The Tech. Got back to me and went over the results, pointing out exactly what areas may have a problem now, and in the future. On second contact after Inspection they had no problem with answering questions and advising solutions, for sure a 5 on a 5 scale. I would Hire this service again and would recomend to others.

The customer service was phenomenal. When advised of the need to expedite testing, Steve not only made himself available the same day I called but met me after I got off work (after 6 p.m.) I did receive the results from the laboratory and was advised that I could call if I had any questions regarding the results. However, I would have preferred a report that detailed what the lab results indicated and what steps needed to be taken rather than have to follow up with a telephone call.
