"It went quite well. The fellow that came out and did the work was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a reasonable price. They knew what had to be done to get it up to code because it is an older house. The previous water heater didn't have an expansion tank or earthquake straps. It didn't have the pan and things that were needed for code. I was quite pleased. He had to get under the house and drill some holes through the wall to get the overflow out of the house because the area where the water heater was didn't have a drain in the floor. He was the least expensive."

So if you hire him, know that he knows his stuff, he's a very nice guy with some ******** thrown in and be very specific and monitor his work very closely if details are important to you. You'll get a good job at a very good price."
