Ean completed revamped my home hvac system. New furnace, ac, tankless water heater and whole house humidifier. He did a great job, everything works great and I just had him install a water shut off system. I will continue to have him work on my house.

Gas Furnace and electric hot water heater was installed. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ean Jones was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain my options, clearly answered all my questions and never pressured me. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was up to code and left the area, clean and neat. what really stood out to me was the care he took to ensure everything was working perfectly and his willingness to walk me through the operation and maintenance tips. It’s hard to find service like this these days—honest, reliable, and skilled. I highly recommend Sierra Great Basin LLC to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing work. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future needs.
