"After Kirk and his team painted our exterior home and fence, we had him paint our 3 car garage floor with an anti slip paint with speckles on another home we own and they are doing an excellent job. They are coming back on Monday to apply the sealer (had to wait for paint to dry). They even did a trash run on items we needed to get rid of. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire Vandermark and Son Painting. They are the best."

While you can use wall paint on the ceiling, there are some differences between ceiling and wall paint. Yes, you can paint most wall panels. In fact, many wall panels come unfinished, meaning you can stain or paint them in any color you choose. Unfinished wall panels are usually less expensive than finished panels, although you should consider the time it will take you to finish them yourself when deciding if the monetary savings are worth it. You can save some money on the labor of finishing your panels if you go the DIY route, though.

If your wall panel already has a stain or paint color on it, you can often paint over it as well. You'll just want to make sure you properly treat the area before painting.

If you are caulking, painter’s tape should be removed before the caulk starts to set. It only takes 30 to 60 minutes for the caulk to dry, so this should be done fairly quickly.

If the exterior walls are not thoroughly cleaned before a paint job, the paint could stick to the grime, creating obvious imperfections along the way. Beyond that, painting over a freshly-cleaned wall just about doubles the lifespan of the paint, from three or four years to seven to ten years.
