We had a problem with an aging electric water heater - it ran out of hot water quickly; called several area plumbers, some said that they don't work in apartments, some said that they will have to demolish kitchen cabinets to replace the heater and that the granite countertop will most likely break. North West came, made an assessment, and replaced the heating elements in two hours without complaining about how tight the cabinet is. No problems with hot water anymore.
