"I got a rough quote over the phone after checking to make sure that the company covered my area.  We agreed on a date and time for the service.  ABL showed up on time and we did a walk through of the work that needed to be performed.

Because I was moving out of the house and we decided not to have it rented, the amount of work I wanted done was less then what we had discussed on the phone.  The owner didn't seem very happy about this because he felt it was a long way to drive, but he had originally agreed that he serviced the area I lived in.

He was fair in his recommendations and even told me that I shouldn't have the shower cleaned (another service which he performs) because it wasn't in that bad of a shape.  This won back a lot of credibility with me after his "to far to drive for this much work" comment.

We finally agreed on the scope of work and parts of the house to have the carpets cleaned.  At the end of the day, the total came out to be the same as he quoted me on the phone, but with a different scope of work.

The overall job was done very well and the carpets looked great when they were done. "

"It was good. On the confusing side, I had mentioned about washing the windows and when the girls got there they were a little surprised. Therefore, it was not communicated to them. They had not budgeted enough time to do that. On the positive side, they were willing to do it. This meant that they had to stay a little longer, which they did. Overall, it seemed very clean and the people were very happy. I thought their price was a little too much. The quality of their work was very good. In terms of responsiveness, I called them and they got around and got it done quickly. I have used a lot of different house cleaning services for this very problem and every time I have changed because of the billing amount, I was looking for something little better. "Tom and Steve did an excellent job on our master bath remodel.  They were always on task.  Stayed with the job.  Showed up at the same time every day.  They made great efforts to keep our carpeted stairs clean as they went up and down.  They did a good job protecting our hardwood floors as well.  Their work was great.  Everything looks great.  The tile work is excellent.  The finish work is excellent.  They stayed on contract.  Because their bid was so close to the actual work to be performed, there was very little overage as far as cost went.  I felt secure with them in the house.  There have been a couple VERY SMALL things that have come up since they completed the job which is totally to be expected.  They came promptly to remedy the situation at no extra charge.  I would and have recommended them to other friends.
