They have done a great job, and I am asked to rate the quality after each visit.

2 cleaners showed up at their scheduled time and were very friendly.  We went over all of the items and I showed them the house.  I only asked for one specific area to not be cleaned in the kitchen.  It was a very odd experience as some things were cleaned very well like the master bath shower, the vacuumed furniture, some of the dusting and two tables that were polished nicely.  The rest was hit or miss.  For example they did not pick up the trash cans to clean the floor around or underneath, they missed an entire bathroom, they did not clean behind doors or wipe down the fixtures and handles.  They did a nice job vacuuming an area rug in the laundry room, but they didn't vacuum 3 other rugs.  They did a great job cleaning the granite counter tops, but they didn't polish the stainless steel sinks or wipe down the faucets.

A follow up call was made by Dawn for my feedback.  I explained to her the above and she offered to have the 2 cleaners come back out to the house for an additional 2 hours to reclean the areas that were not done properly.  She was very professional and wanted me to be happy with their service and to give them another chance.

They came back out on December 19th.  They did not show up at the scheduled time and when I called after an hour had gone by Dawn explained to me that a mixup occurred and was able to get the cleaners to my house in 30 minutes.  They only stayed for an hour and 15 minutes and didn't really excel at the areas where they needed to.  They did not vacuum the 3 rugs they missed, they left major streaks on the stainless appliances and used the same horrible steamer on the tile that didn't clean it very well the first time around.

I guess I though after providing my feedback that they would want my business and to do a stellar job on the return visit.  Apparently I was wrong and do not feel wowed in the least.  I will not use this company again and warn others to spend their money elsewhere.

It was good. On the confusing side, I had mentioned about washing the windows and when the girls got there they were a little surprised. Therefore, it was not communicated to them. They had not budgeted enough time to do that. On the positive side, they were willing to do it. This meant that they had to stay a little longer, which they did. Overall, it seemed very clean and the people were very happy. I thought their price was a little too much. The quality of their work was very good. In terms of responsiveness, I called them and they got around and got it done quickly. I have used a lot of different house cleaning services for this very problem and every time I have changed because of the billing amount, I was looking for something little better. I guess I would use their services again in the future.

They emailed what and when they said they would. They showed up on time and gave us a curtsy call before coming. While in the home if they had any questions they called. The house look brand new - I have never seen a house so clean from any cleaning company. They only thing negative that I could say was they didn't do a follow up call to see if I was happy or tell me my final price. Other than that would use them again over and over and recommend them. Very professional!

This is the best service I have encountered in thirty years of hiring cleaning people/teams all over the United States as well as in Europe. When they leave my home it smells clean and fresh, and neither my geriatric cats nor I suffer any chemical odor side effects. As a result of my satisfaction with WOW at home, I have now hired them to perform weekly cleaning services at my office.

I called on 1/29 and did not get a call back from them. I called again a couple days later and they returned my call. We scheduled a cleaning, after a breif explanation of what they would do and I was quoted an amount. I was told I'd receive an email confirmation. On the day of the scheduled cleaning I called them again to make sure it was still on, as I had not received an email. They said it was and they met me promptly at the arranged time. I went back to work. They called me at work to say couldn't clean grease off the stove hood without damaging it. I told them that was fine. After the work was completed I was emailed a bill and I paid it on line. I finally got a chance to really look at the home a week later. It had been vacuumed, the floors didn't look as if they had been cleaned, perhaps because it looked as though they had cleaned cobwebs off the walls and left them on the floors, on the curtains etc. The grease was indeed still on the stove top and cupboards. I understand that this was a 37 year old home that was not maintained that well, but this service did not meet my expecations. I felt I was overcharged for what was done.

The main problem was that, even after I told the cleaners they could only use small amount of water or the cleaner I provided on my new hardwood floors, the still WAXED my waxless hardwood floor. This left a white film on my floors. I was afraid they were ruined, but by my getting on my hands and knees and hand rubbing this stuff off my entire floor (took 12 hours of work) I finally got it off. I contacted WOW several times, they said they offered 100% satisfaction and offered to come do the floors again. I said no way would I let them touch my floors again and asked for refund. All communication was on e-mail.They said they tried to call me, but called the wrong phone number. I supplied the correct phone number, but never got a call. I e-mailed several times requesting a refund, but go no response.

I wanted to surprise my sister with a clean house after she had her baby. I called Wow they came as we arranged, they did a deep cleaning service and when we came back from the hospital we were totally blown away with the work they did. Definitely WOW! There price was higher then some of the other companies I called but well worth every penny. I have used other companies in the past and I was really excited that I finally found a company I can go to for cleaning services. Also, their service was outstanding, and they followed up with me that day, which I really appreciated. Wow thanks again, JK
