"I got a rough quote over the phone after checking to make sure that the company covered my area.  We agreed on a date and time for the service.  ABL showed up on time and we did a walk through of the work that needed to be performed.

Because I was moving out of the house and we decided not to have it rented, the amount of work I wanted done was less then what we had discussed on the phone.  The owner didn't seem very happy about this because he felt it was a long way to drive, but he had originally agreed that he serviced the area I lived in.

He was fair in his recommendations and even told me that I shouldn't have the shower cleaned (another service which he performs) because it wasn't in that bad of a shape.  This won back a lot of credibility with me after his "to far to drive for this much work" comment.

We finally agreed on the scope of work and parts of the house to have the carpets cleaned.  At the end of the day, the total came out to be the same as he quoted me on the phone, but with a different scope of work.

the right color for the stain.  He carefully removed and replaced the numerous potted plants we had on the deck and left

"It was good. On the confusing side, I had mentioned about washing the windows and when the girls got there they were a little surprised. Therefore, it was not communicated to them. They had not budgeted enough time to do that. On the positive side, they were willing to do it. This meant that they had to stay a little longer, which they did. Overall, it seemed very clean and the people were very happy. I thought their price was a little too much. The quality of their work was very good. In terms of responsiveness, I called them and they got around and got it done quickly. I have used a lot of different house cleaning services for this very problem and every time I have changed because of the billing amount, I was looking for something little better.
