"Company owner Tony and his visiting nephew Michael arrived during the time window he had indicated, and called to let us know he was on his way.  They did an excellent and thorough job cleaning the tile and grout.   We were impressed with how clean the grout and tile were when they were through - it looked like new! 
Tony also gave us some advice on what to use on the tile floors for cleaning and for soap residue on shower tile.  They were very friendly and professional.  We were very pleased with the results and the service.

"They cleaned the kitchen & appliances as well as the usual bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting.  They did an excellent job on the kitchen, floors & bathrooms.  My carpets were also shampooed.
Personally, the dusting of wall hangings, blinds, light fixtures & appliances was the most important to me & this was their weakest area- my wooden blinds still had some dust & even a cobweb or two were left behind.  Blinds & decor were not dusted w/ the attention to detail Cumex showed in other areas. 
Additional note:  My furniture & decor was rearranged.  I understand that everything won't end up exactly as it was, but there was some major redecorating & moving of furniture.
However, I would give them another opportunity since the rest of their cleaning was efficient and thorough.

"Cleaning crew here on time and very thorough.  I was very pleased. They asked up front what I wanted done and took a tour of house.  Even offered to clean some things I hadn't thought of.
They worked very hard and worked steadily for 5 hours.  They brought their own supplies and cleaned up so well.
I don't have any complaints.  I can't find any thing they didn't clean.  They were so thorough.
I will probably have them come on regular basis to keep things up.  They are very accommodating--can come once a month, more if I want or just come and do spot cleanings.  Rates are very reasonable and I definitely recommend their service.

"Their work is superior. Together Garrett and his wife Deborah are perfectionist. I had some dog damage to one of my rental properties floors and needed it replaced. I had picked some material and asked Garrett about it. He did some research and let me know that he didn't think I would be satisfied with the materials. While doing research he found a great laminate material that has a triple moisture barrier. He let me know it would cost a little more but that it comes with a 30 year moisture warranty. He actually put a small piece of the material in a bucket of water for 2 hours and it didn't hurt the material in anyway. I have nothing but praise for this young couple. They do the work like you would do the work for yourself. I am extremely happy with their work. He also worked in another duplex I own where there had been a leak under the concrete from a water pipe in the kitchen. The plumber had to cut out a square of floor in the middle of the kitchen. The plumber cut the laminate flooring just perfectly but when he went to put it back it had shrunk a little. I spoke with Garrett and he said instead of replacing the entire floor he could repair it. So I ordered a small amount of the material and he spent time to make it look perfect. You can't even tell where the seam is and where the floor had been cut up. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are so very friendly and have great personalities and do amazing work."

"Divine Tile and Stone was VERY professional, friendly and hard-working.  They told us what would happen and when, and they kept to that schedule. They were punctual every day.  They put up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of the house from any dust.  They kept to the job time frame  and price as provided in their estimate  In fact, they finished a bit early.   
The stairs were an usual shape and rather steep, and I was concerned.  However, the finished product is beautiful and solid.  All the floors are beautiful and I'm VERY pleased with their work.   They cleaned up every bit of their work as well as all the packaging material.  I highly recommend Divine Tile and Stone.  I plan on using them again when I install the backsplash in my kitchen.
