We hired this company that we found on Angi. They gave us a rate for a recurring monthly cleaning service. The lady came and cleaned for two hours. Her version of dusting was walking rapidly around the house holding out a duster. We were going to use them again, but then we decided to try some other companies, and cancelled our next scheduled service in writing. We had been required to provide our credit care in advance of the cleaning. After we cancelled their service, they put an additional $50 fee on our card. I would not recommend this service.

"When you first booked with us, we applied a $50 discount based on the (Monthly) recurring service plan you chose. The discount is tied to completing at least two services, which you agreed to when booking online. Since you canceled after just one appointment, the discounted amount was reversed because the booking is now considered a one-time clean instead of a recurring service. It wouldn?t be fair to apply a recurring service discount without the service continuing as planned. After your first appointment, we followed up several times, and you let us know everything went well. You even booked an extra cleaning on top of your recurring plan. If there were any issues, like dusting not being done to your satisfaction, we would?ve been happy to come back and make it right. Since you were happy with the service and even made additional booking, we were surprised when you canceled weeks later."

They have also done a fantastic job of keeping the lines of communication active, which we very much appreciate. Maria R did a wonderful job of cleaning my in-laws recent rehab for resale. There was a minor issue with the tile cleaning in the shower, but she came back the next day and took care of it perfectly. I would hire UpkeepX for any future jobs. Zain was a pleasure to work with in scheduling and re-scheduling the cleaning.

I was in a bind. With just 2 days left the folks I had hired backed out and most others couldn't get it done on time. These folks "squeezed" me in and did an awesome job. The apartment was cleaner when I turned it in than when I first rented it AND they didn't break my bank.
