"The plumber identified the problem with the toilet quickly and replaced the wax seal. That work was performed fine. We also had a problem with a smelly sink but we were disappointed that he didn't investigate it thoroughly. He looked at it briefly and found something with the dishwasher filter (which according to the dishwasher's manufacturer is normal) but didn't investigate it further and the smell is still there. When we looked online about what to do about a smelly sink one of the suggestions was to call a plumber, so we did, but that didn't work. The biggest reason for the lower rating is that when he presented the invoice there was an added trip charge of $97. When I called to setup the appointment they said there was an hourly fee plus a charge for materials but nobody mentioned a trip charge. A $97 trip charge is a lot of money. Had I known that I would have called someone else."

"We had a problem with an aging electric water heater - it ran out of hot water quickly; called several area plumbers, some said that they don't work in apartments, some said that they will have to demolish kitchen cabinets to replace the heater and that the granite countertop will most likely break. North West came, made an assessment, and replaced the heating elements in two hours without complaining about how tight the cabinet is. No problems with hot water anymore."

"Tony knows how to tile and I ultimately got the job I was looking for (minus some design details) at a very reasonable price point. I would be careful in hiring Tony. I was just cleaning my garden and found some tiles thrown up into my garden carelessly which kind of sums up my experience with Tony...in a word, disrespectful. There was also some lying about his plumber (guess he didn't realize the camera over his head at my entrance where he worked had sound), and no I wasn't monitoring him but when I suspected him of lying I listened to the audio. He also totally disregarded some clear direction about a design detail that was important to me while I was at work...too late now! So if you hire him, know that he knows his stuff, he's a very nice guy with some ******** thrown in and be very specific and monitor his work very closely if details are important to you. You'll get a good job at a very good price."

"We had the pleasure of working with America's Dream HomeWorks for our master bathroom remodel earlier this year and couldn't be more pleased with both the process and the finished results. The process started with Larry coming out to provide a quote. I had nine, yes NINE, different companies come out to quote the project. Larry was by far and away the kindest, most honest and enthusiastic of the companies that quoted. He didn't promise to do things that weren't possible, he provided ideas on how to keep costs affordable. He spent something like two hours drafting a vision for the bathroom and then providing a detailed quote - something no other company did. Larry's passion about his company is obvious and admirable. On to the actual project, Julie was our point person for things like payment and project dates. When we delayed the start of our project, they easily adjusted for us. Demo was a breeze and the gentleman who did the majority of the labor was named Eugene. Our son still talks about "Eugene" and how awesome he was - he thought Eugene was a total super hero. I've never seen a man work so hard in my life! He was incredibly sweet and very efficient. (This man deserves a raise, ADH! lol) Every detail was taken care of perfectly. And the entire bathroom was done far more quickly than I imagined possible. It's so hard to find a company that you can trust AND that does quality work. We cannot wait to work with America's Dream HomeWorks again on our kitchen!"

"I recently had my upstairs Master Bathroom remodeled. I had received (5) separate quotes from contractors during the bid process. With a job so large, I wasnt about to just hire anyone. I researched extensively with the CA - CSLB. I then researched extensively for past reviews clients who had similar work done. During this process, I quickly eliminated three of the five contractors. I could not get three of them to provide me with one past client that could verify their work. So, then It came down to two companies. I asked these two companies a series of questions (see below) and only received a verbal response from one. Needless to say, that was the hired contractor, which was Americas Dream Home Works. 1. How does their material affect the cleaning process, marble, tiles etc...Is their product more on the top-of-the-line side and rating? What are your thoughts about fiberglass? 2. Also, do You Guarantee Your Work? Also if any, what warranty do you provide after everything is all done for materials and installation? Sometimes, water leaks dont tend to show up unless a few months have gone by 3. Do You Carry General Liability Insurance? 4. Do You Carry Workers Compensation Insurance? 5. Do you have any references, which I may speak with for installations that you have completed in this fashion? I figure, if I am remodeling an entire master bathroom, then any bidding contractor should be able to take his/her time and answer these simple questions (above) Work performed (1). Demo to include - removal of double-vanity with counter tops, sinks, faucets. Remove bathtub, medicine cabinet, toilet and tile. (2). Install new pipes for a total reformation for a tub-to-shower-conversion, with new marble walls AND installing new Rain Massage shower fixtures (3). Install new ceiling fan w/electric automatic sensor lighting. (4). Install new double-vanity w/counter tops, sinks, faucets, medicine cabinet, vanity lighting, toilet, tile and baseboards. (5). for the final touches, Eugene painted the bathroom for a brand new look. My project coordinator was Natalie T. She was wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. She was responsive to any questions I had. She kept in touch throughout the remodel process. Now, I cant say enough good things about Eugene. Eugene was the Master Bathroom remodeler who handled, worked, handcrafted and beautified this entire project in a two-week timeframe. Eugene handled everything from dealing with the city inspector during inspections thru the final and passed inspection. I will say one thing about both Natalie and Eugene. During the process of my Master Bathroom remodel, I discovered that my other upstairs bathrooms showerhead began leaking. I asked Eugene if he would be able to replace the shower fixtures along with replacing new faucets .
