I would never do business with them again. They have not attempted to make anything right either and we have personally had conversations with Mike about all the issues we had with the job. Customer service was non existent for us unfortunately. Terrible experience.

Forgot to install new recirculating pump per contract. They had to come back to do that. Otherwise quality work but not your cheapest cost

Rodney and Josh were awesome. Great quality work and excellent communication. We had a few unforeseen hiccups with installing a sink after new counters & backsplash and we were pinched for time, but they got us taken care of within reasonable rates for Tahoe. It was a pleasure giving them our business and will absolutely do it again.

Their employees are all wonderful people. I would have them out here again in a heartbeat.

I had a leak under the concrete slab of my house and was told I needed a whole new system put in. Mike showed up the same day and was very nice and seemed very professional. Since I had no running water I signed on to have his crew do the job. The job was $35,000 and I ended up having to refinance my house. Johnny was the first one to come in and he did an amazing job! He takes pride in his work and left things very clean when he was done. I cant say that about the rest of the crew. I was left with paint on the floor of my bathroom, I had to repaint a cupboard door because there was paint all over the side, I had to caulk all around the shower and bathtub because they only did one side of it. The laundry room has paint all over the floor and the ceiling looks unfinished. Heres the best part though. For the last 13 years my sprinkler system worked fine. But after they dug by the box Im sure some wires got hit and they rewired them wrong because now my system doesnt work right and theres a ton of water coming from the outside pipe when the system gets turned on. They came out once to fix it, but instead just turned off the backyards water supply. When I reached out about this Mike said they didnt do this and if I want it fixed hell charge me. Like I would pay another dime to this company! So if youre feeling lucky give these guys a call.

DID A GREAT JOB

Josh is a good guy, but i was considerably overcharged for the replacement of toilet bowl parts at $365. His discovery of problem was 15 minutes, trip to store 45 minutes, installation 20 minutes plus about $35 in parts. How does this add up? Even though I received estimate in advance, I felt compelled to proceed due to my busy schedule.

They were prompt and efficient.

I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. They came to fix my plumbing problems with my shower fixtures and hookup water to my refrigerator. He came quickly and fixed everything in a professional manner and was very neat. Everything works great! Thanks.

The technician was very personable, knowledgeable and didnâ t complain after having to crawl through a yucky crawl space in order to replace the outside faucet. We were impressed!!!

The handyman showed up on time and promptly started working. He finished the job in a short amount of time and did a good job.
