"I went out to get our mail and I noticed by the sidewalk there was water leaking across the sidewalk and onto the street. I’ve never called a local Plumber before so my husband had mentioned Bighorn Plumbing. I gave them a call and they said they’d come out the very next day. Ben and Dallin came earlier than anticipated and got right to work. They explained the process as we hung out most of the time with them in the front yard and watch them work. They were very knowledgeable, very professional, and I felt like I’ve known Ben for a long time by the time they left. Very pleased with their work, & will definitely recommend and use them again."

I am a very picky person but I was very satisfied with their work not to mention the extras that were put in to bring my house up to code as a courtesy! "The plumber identified the problem with the toilet quickly and replaced the wax seal. That work was performed fine. We also had a problem with a smelly sink but we were disappointed that he didn't investigate it thoroughly. He looked at it briefly and found something with the dishwasher filter (which according to the dishwasher's manufacturer is normal) but didn't investigate it further and the smell is still there. When we looked online about what to do about a smelly sink one of the suggestions was to call a plumber, so we did, but that didn't work. The biggest reason for the lower rating is that when he presented the invoice there was an added trip charge of $97. When I called to setup the appointment they said there was an hourly fee plus a charge for materials but nobody mentioned a trip charge. A $97 trip charge is a lot of money. Had I known that I would have called someone else."
