James, Rosa G. and Yanette worked very hard for two plus days; scrubbing kitchen surfaces, inside large oven vent hoods, bathrooms, floors and other surfaces until everything was clean. They were very polite and helpful with many extra requests. Al and James even moved furniture from one room to another when asked. Al also made minor repairs. He re-caulked one of my shower stalls and replaced hard to reach light bulbs throughout the house. I liked these folks so much that I hired them to clean my house on a bi-monthly basis. I highly recommend Al and his team to anyone looking for a polite, dependable and hard working household cleaning firm."

Wade handled the major scope of work, including installing new terrazzo tile floors, updating two bathrooms, and completely redoing our kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry. He also tackled important infrastructure upgrades, replacing all of the old galvanized steel plumbing and upgrading the electrical panel. Throughout the project, Wade was an outstanding communicator. "We hired Sylvain and Marquis Assoc. To build a separate and detached Granny Flat on our property. He and his team built a 1200 sq. ft fully functioning 3 bedroom 2 full baths HOME. From start to finish Sylvain was personally involved and extremely professional. He and his team were on the job site on time everyday early to dusk. They worked hard and fast. Every night the job site was left clean. As soon as the city approved the plans, we were building the next day. It was incredible how efficient the guys were in building, total build time was less than 3 months. Craftsmanship was top-notch, and we feel we truly built a great house. He was focused on making sure we chose all of our counters/ cabinets/ doors/ windows/ molding/ everything that we wanted and stayed on budget. All done, Sylvain did not go over budget. His estimates were right on to what final costs came out to be. He kept us updated constantly regarding budget and where we stood in the process.
