My first time hiring contractors of any kind for work?was a pleasant experience. Gio (marketer), Chris (general manager), Israel (project manager) were with us every step of the way. We met with at least three different companies for options and NEWHAUS gave us the best price?we did not regret it. If you are hesitant (ladies, elderly, or just inexperienced dealing with matters like these, rest assured that the guys will keep it simple, and even help you out with possible options to save money in the midst of the process. My only advice is to just make sure the same people (from your end and theirs) that are present when the job proposal (estimate) is offered will also be present once the contract is signed to begin the work. As for the work, all three phases were smooth?demolition, repairs/replacement, final installation?and each team responsible for the three different tasks were professional, efficient, and did their jobs correctly. Need a new ROOF? We did! So did my mother in law. I FOUND A GREAT COMPANY. My wife (a Property Manager) and I over the years have become very experienced with Contractors involving home remodeling repair & construction. After obtaining a couple of quotes on our project. I met Chris Palyan from Newhaus Roofing & Construction. Chris Came to our home. Got on the roof, and also inspected from the attic. This was going to be a large project. Including removal & reinstallation of dozens of solar panels and removal of the original concrete tiles. We had been ignoring our known roof leaks for a long time. Southern California droughts allowed us to keep delaying the roof replacement. Those decisions did cost us dearly. YES we knew better. Chris provided a very complete quote. Including excellent products to be used. In our case anticipating damage under the tiles. Chris included in his proposal identified costs for correction as it was uncovered. I recently was in the market for getting a new roof. I interviewed a few roofing contractors. I scheduled 4 I total. NewHaus was number 1 for me. The rest were sales people. NewHaus has there own roofers they use for there projects. They were clean and friendly to work with. They updated me everyday until completion. Thanks to the whole team.

Selecting Newhaus Roofing to complete our roofing job proved to be a wise decision. They were very professional throughout the process. They kept us informed at each step of the process. The roof hasn't leaked at all since the work was done. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.

Everyone at Newhaus roofing has been very professional. But I do want to say that Niko the gentleman who has been working with me has been top notch! Extremely Knowledgeable, professional and most of all polite.

BE CAREFUL with their Tarping. $2500 for white plastic which is blown away by wind overnight and they won’t reinforce it. Had the same thing done for $800. Their prices are inflated and I don’t believe they’re honest.

They seemed great during the sales pitch, but once the work started they tried to up-sell me on unnecessary work and were rude and pushy when I was not buying their shady schemes. I refused to talk to their project manager after a few calls because he was so rude. I hope the work done is good quality. Only time will tell.

Have not started work yet, but very good advice and easy to communicate with.

Great company! I had the misfortune of learning that my house had a leaky roof during a recent rainstorm and within 12 hours of contacting the company, they had someone over inspecting the roof. They quickly found the problem and within a few hours, they had temporarily patched the hole, indicating they’d come back when the rain stopped completely. 2 days later they returned and did a more thorough job, without any surprises. Roof has since withstood several rainy days without apparent leaks. The best part is their speedy response and honesty / accuracy with their quotes as in the past, I’ve had repairmen tack on extra fees at the end of a repair. Highly recommended!

He explained to me what would be the best roofing option for my house and took the word from him and couldn’t be more happier.
