"I hired Attic Masters to do an energy efficiency job at my house. The job included work in the attic, crawlspaces and major insulation at the garage. I’m happy with the overall service that I got from Adam and his company Attic Masters. The first consultation meeting was very productive and honest than the other companies that I met. I felt very secure with Adam's knowledge and the quality of his initial assessment. The overall work got increased as i decided that I wanted to do more work than originally planned. All the people that worked at my house (total of 3) were cooperative and the project rolled out easily. Adam did a wonderful amount of research about some things that were not usual. I wanted new insulation, new walls and more efficiency. After all the research that Adam did and the consultation he provided me with, we moved forward with the agreed upon plan and it was executed well. Adam and his team were willing to come over as needed for small finishing touches, questions, and more... He definitely went above and beyond on multiple occasions."

"We had no problem or issue with this company. They came and did exactly what they said and promised. The service was fast too. We were able to schedule them for the same week and the work was completed after 2 days of work. According to the technician that worked at our house, it was better to use the opportunity when the attic empty from the old insulation and to replace the ducts as well. For the price that we were able to got, we decided to do that too.
so overall, we are in the stage that we will use this company in the future and we will refer them to people that we know and might need the same kind of work to be done.

The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. I am delighted to report that the work completed today was done per the contract. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint. "The price was fair, the work was completed in one day and included removing all our old insulation, cleaning the ductwork, installing new R-35 batting, and an attic fan, and two ultraviolet lights in our HVAC units. I am very pleased with their responsiveness, and with the quality of the work completed. I would definitely hire them again - highly recommended!"
