Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. We talked a little about the lifespan of the unit and that while it was probably going to need to be replaced in the next 5 years or so, it made more sense to simply replace the board today. So he scheduled an appointment for the following day to come back with the replacement board. 1 day later and 15 minutes of work and I have heat again."
