"This company is very willing to correct anything and basically did a good job. My house was built in 1927. They explained, after they started painting and when I realized they weren't doing any sanding preparation, that they couldn't sand because the paint probably contained lead. I accepted this explanation but had they told me prior to starting, I would have sanded the areas myself. Some time after, I found out that there is a simple test for lead. I appreciate the fact that this is a green company, but an explanation about the sanding should have been given at the time of contract. I respect green concerns and use no pesticides or other toxic chemicals

"Tony and his team came and surveyed the project. I had two other engineers who didn't want to deal with a tiled floor buckling and reinstallation of the tiles. They gave me outrageous quotes. Nexus came surveyed the problem offered a solution and had the work done in three days and at a very reasonable price. In addition, we did not have additional tiles so it was vey difficult to not break the existing tiles. They were flawless. Professional, honest and incredibly accommodating.
