They quickly found a tear in one of our ducts--and the remains of a dead rodent. They cut open the duct, cleaned it and resealed it. We had heat again, about an hour after they arrived. We talked a little about the lifespan of the unit and that while it was probably going to need to be replaced in the next 5 years or so, it made more sense to simply replace the board today. So he scheduled an appointment for the following day to come back with the replacement board. 1 day later and 15 minutes of work and I have heat again."
