I have had this air/heat system for two + years. It has been excellent. I have had a couple of routine services. Each one has been completed by Israel and his work is superb! Israel did another wonderful job servicing the unit.

We had Temp Air install our AC unit. The best decision we ever made. They were fast, reliable and dependable. Excellent customer service, did a phenomenal job. After a couple of years something was going on with our unit, I called them and immediately they send out a technician Juan, who was phenomenal. He explained what the issue was and resolved it asap! Highly recommend this company!

They came out and the first thing the tech asked me was if I had good credit because my HVAC leaks and I need a new one. First of all, his approach was extremely unprofessional and his personal question was very rude. I paid for the service call, although they did nothing at all. I will get a second opinion and if I need a new system, I will buy one. It certainly WILL NOT be from Tech Air Systems. Stay away from this company!

Every company will charge a diagnostic fee, as you may understand our tech is driving and spending time to find out what's wrong with your system. Temp Air personnel are responsible, honest, knowledgable, and their customer service is top of the line. They were accommodating with a scheduled that worked for us. Also, the techs that came to our house were professionals and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them.

It went very well. I am always cautious in hiring a new company that I haven't worked with before. I know a lot of companies in this particular field have a questionable reputation so I was ABSOLUTELY thrilled with how this project went. They quoted that it would take a minimum of one day, and it was actually completed in ONE day. I was expecting it to be longer as many times these projects seem to get away from the workers, but these folks were fantastic. Their employees were all clean and polite and treated my home with respect. They were on time and efficient with the time that they spent. They didn't leave a mess or any unfinished business at the end of the day. The experience from beginning to end was far simpler and hassle-free than I ever thought.

It went very well. I met with Sergio and he explained everything very well. He went into attic to inspect and found asbestos. He sent someone out to remove it. I was glad he pointed it out to me because I found it can cause cancer. He assigned someone from the office and she scheduled all the appointments including the inspection that was done today. They cleaned up every time they left my house and it looked like they were never here. They were really professional and always on time. They were just a great company overfall.
