There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner.
