"This is my second time working with Encore Builders and they killed it once again! These guys are the best. Iâ ve been doing lots of renovations in my house over the past year. Some of the projects have taken months of planning and work but Encore Builders is always in and out. My home is on a hillside and the backyard area needed some work. Oz and Brandon put together a 3D image and we chose out the style I wanted. I was amazed. Some simple stepping stones really elevated the space. Project took two days and we didnt even notice they were here. The crews were quick but didnâ t compromise the quality of the work. You can tell they are a hardworking company. "Amazingly, it was 90 feet of fencing. He did it piece by piece and even reinforced the bottom so that no "critters" could enter our patio. All was done in 2 days, and he even did a few little touch-up things with the landscape. we are considering having him do a stone wall at the property line shortly. We are very happy with his work"

"I called a well known company to clean out my sewer line and they were not able to do so.  They told me I needed to jettison out the line as the next step and gave me a very high price.  I called my plumber who told me to call the Drain Company.  They could not clean out the line but recommended another company who they trusted.  I called the other company who cleaned out my drain for half the price of the first company.  The Drain Company called me to see how it went.  I will definitely use them in the future to keep my sewer line cleaned out earlier in the game so I don't have this problem again.  The cost the same as this well known company and were helpful instead of trying to intimidate me.

"My house was in shambles and required a full makeover. We also wanted to add a shower to the downstairs bathroom for my mom as she gets older and stairs are getting tougher. I got 6 estimates and most came back much higher than the one I received from US Home developers and their definitions of work to be provided was also very vague, and left a lot of room for additional fees. Belle gave me a very detailed contract outlining everything that would be done. Armando was our contractor and like Belle, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was done very quickly and only took as long as it did because of wait times for material. Belle met with us a few times to shop for material and helped us through the design process which was very helpful because I was stressing out on this aspect. Armando made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and was very flexible when it came to scheduling. At the end of job he even had all the junk in my backyard, which was a lot, picked up. I was so happy with the work they did downstairs that I decided to rehire them to do the upstairs. They even added roof replacement to the contract for an additional price that was much lower than the 4 other estimates I got. My house went from looking like it was straight out of an episode of Hoarders to looking like it’s straight out of a magazine. Couldn’t be happier!"

"earlySolidworks Remodeling" did a backyard renovation project at my house in Tarzana , The project included: concrete stamped pouring at the back of the house, fire fit installation, pavers and upgrading mt existing fountain. The guys were very professional, they came early every morning nice and polite, at the end of each day they make sure that everything is clean before they are leaving. The duration of the project was as promised to us by Leo the project manager and the result its just fantastic! I feel like I bought a completely new house"

"I received 3 bids for this project.  From the very first interview with Roei, a partner I was impressed with his ability to advise on some ideas to save money and make the kitchen more efficient, he was very professional and never pushed me.   I hired him to start 7/31/13, he quoted 2 weeks, and it was completed in 2 weeks, and the cost was as quoted.   This was one of the best renovation experiences I have had in the 40 yrs I have lived in this house.   All the workers, were polite, on time, cleaned up after, and did really good work.  I would hire Best Builders again for any home projects and recommend them highly to anyone else looking for a good experience in renovating any part of their home.
