The whole experience was very smooth from start to finish when we met Mikey on the first day , he was very honest and gave us a great advice and ideas what to do with our kitchen . After interviewing a few different companies, we chose Pinnacle Design and Build to do a room addition above our garage — best decision ever! Mikey was fantastic to work with: friendly, honest, super organized, and always just a phone call away. He helped us navigate permits, inspections, design changes, all of it. His team was incredibly hardworking and respectful of our home (even our neighbors commented on how polite they were!). The project came in right on time and within budget, and the results are amazing — it feels like it’s always been part of the house. I would absolutely hire them again.

Mikey and the team at Pinnacle Design and Build deserve more than five stars. I had gotten quotes from three other companies before meeting with Pinnacle, and from the get-go, Mikey stood out. He didn’t push a generic design or upsell me — he really listened. We had an awkward layout that needed some creativity, and they nailed it. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-tier. Every drawer slides like butter, the quartz countertops are flawless, and the under-cabinet lighting makes it feel like a high-end showroom. What’s even better is how livable it feels. We did our garage conversions/ADU with Pinnacle this year, and we?ve worked with Mikey before. So it was no surprise the Adu came out great. We were afraid we didn?t have enough space but Mikey brought great ideas to the table and then his architect brought it all alive for us to see and approve. They also helped us get all the funding for the project- we didn?t pay a dime until they handed over the keys to our new rental unit. Thanks to pinnacle we now have rental income and the project is paying for itself while raising our property value and making us a profit every month. They handled everything, very smooth.
