The process was so smooth. John was very up front about pricing, the process, and scheduling. Our house looks amazing!

On the positive side, the job started and ended as expected, and the crew was always on time. John was easy to work with and was accommodating. I was a bit surprised that the painters asked me to open only the front corner windows. When I asked if they wanted me to open all the windows, I was met with a blank stare. So I’m not sure if the other window frames were painted. On the final day of the job, there were a number of areas requiring touch-up. One disappointment was that I paid extra to have a flagpole painted. I also asked John if they could put up a new rope. He said they could, but at the last minute, he said they couldn’t. So, I have to wonder if they actually painted the entire flagpole. Logically, if they painted the entire flagpole, they should have been able to string up the new rope. Having been a Customer Service manager for most of my working years, the first lesson in customer service is never over promise and under deliver.

It was incredible, they were easy to work with, hard workers, they did everything excellent, there were very few things that we wanted a touch up and they fixed it right away. The pricing is great and they were easy to work with, did a great job and were just very happy about the service. They did it faster than we thought.

John and his crew did a great job stuccoing and painting my entire house. The quality of work was performed as if they were working on their own home. All of the repairs were completed perfectly and the paint job was magnificent. I did a complete inspection after they completed the project and found not a single drop of paint was left behind for me to clean up. Would I recommend them-absolutely. Small companies rely heavily on word of mouth advertising so it’s a no brained to endorse John and Sharp painting.
