"The job went well, the team came on time, and did everything to a very high standard.  Eric really came across as more of a builder than your classic handyman - he certainly operates at a higher level than most handymen. He's good at explaining why something will or won't work, and then finding a good way to fix things.  The bedroom light required some additional electrical work which made the project a bit longer than planned.
Eric worked with a younger colleague, which made their combined hourly rate around $150 as a team --  high compared to other solo handymen who have done work for me in the past, but they were fairly fast and efficient as a team.   Eric is very knowledgeable, which is helpful.  One of the cost drivers is if they have to do a Home Depot run, so if possible you should make sure you have the parts needed for the job.  Eric has a Tooltime truck with tons of tools and parts, so they are OK for common tasks."

"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Really impressed!"
