"We first heard about Bay Builders from a realtor friend who highly recommended them. We interviewed multiple contractors, all of whom had done nice work, but Bay Builders really stood out right from the beginning. During the proposal process, they came to the house a few times to ensure they captured the full scope of the project. Additionally, we wanted to see their quality of work so Gilad arranged a few site visits and connected us with past clients who all raved about Gilad and his team. It was clear that Bay Builders was the best choice for quality and speed. From the beginning of the process until the end, Bay Builders was exceptional to work with. We had a dedicated project manager, Tomar, who really helped communicate what was happening that week and managed the subs. More importantly, Tomar was such a pleasure to work with. He is very approachable, detailed and diligent. I've heard nightmare stories about other contractors being slow, hard to contact and missing deadlines, but Gilad and Tomar made the entire process stress free and enjoyable! They were great about keeping us informed about what was going on, what decisions needed to be made so that we could stay on schedule. If any issues arose, Gilad and Tomar would always come to the table with a solution and assure us that at the end of the day, they wanted to make sure we were happy. The quality of their work is outstanding and our project finished on time which is rarity given the complexity and change orders associated with our remodel! They have excellent communication skills, are very detail oriented and most importantly, have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them. During the initial meeting, the senior project manager Daniel Perez carefully guided us through the process and was available to answer any of our concerns. Then throughout the project, he checked in on a regular basis to ensure the process went smoothly and made sure everyone stayed within the projected timeline. The interior designer was amazing and extremely talented. I always appreciated how she listened to my thoughts when creating the final design. She was also readily available when needed. The foreman and crew were hardworking, respectful of our home, and accommodated our requests. The final product was beyond fabulous and we are extremely happy with our renovated kitchen and family room."

"He tried to price gouge on materials. Keep a record and ask for receipts. Josh asked if I would pay him and a helper on one of his many 1 hour work sessions. I agreed to pay him and his friend Thinking this would MAYBE expedite this way longer than a “2 day job” as he PROMISED me initially. His friend didn’t seem to know how to use a power drill. He secured ONE 2x4 to my ceiling with the last wood screw 1/4 of the was into the board and upset when I refused to pay him for this visit. I was asked to assist him numerous times. Josh flaked on many appointments multiple times. I had to sand the ceiling myself and find a painter to finish the ceiling drywall because Josh would not return my texts or calls. What a headache. Beware."
