Tal was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He came to our house with a portfolio of all the beautiful remodeling jobs he had done. He sent a detailed proposal only a few days later. We had the first floor of our home remodeled which included: kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and powder room. We had the fireplace totally redone with an electric insert installed. We had luxury vinyl flooring installed ,the popcorn ceiling removed ,recessed lighting, and walls painted. It all looks amazing I feel like I have a new house. Tal was wonderful. He helped us pick out the flooring and the quartz countertops to complement the white shaker cabinets I chose. Everyone that was involved in the remodeling were fantastic. The workers were all very professional and were there every day, except weekends) Tal came every day to check on the progress. He let me know what was going to be done that day and who was coming to do it. Tal always answered my text messages immediately when I had questions too. It took a total of about 7 weeks. They finished on my birthday! When it is time to remodel the 2nd floor we will definitely Choose Bay Builders . (I'm hoping next year) I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. I LOVE the 1st floor of my home now!!!!!

Tom (project manager), Miguel (head of the crew), and all workers were fantastic. Punctual, efficient, tidy, trustworthy; explained everything very clearly and responded very quickly to everything. I need people to understand the oxymoron that is good contractor. I have many friends who have done remodels and NO ONE is eager to recommend their contractor. So I resigned myself to using home advisor. To be honest my experience so far is not stellar and I have detailed why which I will hold back for now at Bay Builders request as they resolved to correct/address these issues. I will give them the benefit of the doubt until the project is completed. I hope to be able give a more favorable rating then.

I have had nothing but positive experience with Bay Builders, in particular our project manager, Isaac Rozolyo for our bathroom remodel . I have done some remodeling in the past and I can assure you that having Isaac managing the project has made the experience 10x better. He has superb communication, attention to detail, and great sense of design style. We are very fortunate to have Isaac managing the whole process, from start to finish. As he mentioned in the beginning when we met, that we would "sit back, relax, and watch the show", it is so true. Thanks Bay Builder and Isaac for getting us our dream bathroom!

I recently remodeled two full bathrooms with Bay Builders. While this was a big deal to me, it is often hard to find a builder to take on less than a full house remodel or an addition. From the minute Tal came to provide an estimate through project completion, I knew Bay Builders was the right choice. Tal was a great partner through the entire project. He managed all of the processes and crews seamlessly and also provided expertise that helped me make difficult decisions along the way â including finding a carpenter who was able to craft beautiful custom vanities and a linen closet! The entire build crew was fantastic and could not have been nicer to work with. Miguel and his team are dedicated to making sure things are done right and they donâ t take shortcuts which I appreciated. I canâ t recommend Bay Builders (and Tal specifically) enough!

I had a great experience with Tal and Bay Builders and Remodeling. Originally, I received multiple quotes to remodel my garage. From the start, Tal seemed more professional, knowledgeable and helpful than all the others. He provided a lot of great information and suggestions on the job I had in mind. I decided to go with Tal with Bay Builders and Remodeling and I'm glad I did. As he promised the job was done quickly with workers showing up 6 days a week for two weeks. Tal showed up almost every single day to check up on things, and make sure everything was right. He pays attention to detail and he was always responsive to my questions, concerns and requirements. In the end I am very happy with the outcome, and I would definitely do business again with Bay Builders and Remodeling!

Tal Moreno was my project manager and kept on top of everything, did follow up, and worked with my contractor Rene and stopped by almost daily during the project. It was my third project with Bay Builders. They did my master bath , turned my closet into a walk in , did my guest bathroom upstairs and my kitchen, laundry downstairs. and half bathroom. Tal oversaw everything and gave me a good discount on my 2nd and third project. He took me shopping to pick out cabinets, vanities etc.Designedc my bathrooms, closet and kitchen. I love everything they did. I liked that they willing made changes and fixed anything that I asked or he saw. I would highly recommend Tal and Bay Builders. They also cleaned up each day before they left.

The company is not equipped to handle large addition remodeling projects. They are suited for bathroom or kitchen remodeling only. We had terrible experience with Bay Builders. They communicate well about last minute detailed questions and; activities but has no clue how to handle and communicate long or mid term project communication. Do not trust them when they tell you *I can do it for free!* They do not know how to keep commitments and verbally abuse you if you try to remind them or correct them. Contrary to what they said in the beginning,, Bay Builders does not have resources for designing. They also do not know how to manage Lien waivers and proper accounting - lots of time we spent to go back and forth. They also submit invoices even before they do not meet milestones so make sure you review their works before you pay. Do not hire them if your project is big.

After receiving 3 estimates, I chose Bay Builders because project manager Isaac was the most complete. His 3D illustration was helpful to see what the finished project would look like. He worked with Us to accommodate our wishes And offered helpful suggestions. When any issue arose, Isaac was quick to respond to solve them. Site manager Miguel was knowledgeable and efficient.

The kitchen and bathroom of our 1950â s era home was in bad need of renovation after so many years of use. We began the process of interviewing several contractors. However, we were often put off by them either telling us what they thought we needed while others agreed to everything without regard to feasibility. Bay Builders and Remodeling, Inc. came forth as providing a â one-stop-shopâ of sorts for the variety of services and expertise which are required to perform such a renovation. Isaac, our project manager, was a very enthusiastic yet pragmatically realistic, and a well-meaning representative for his company. He guided us through our wishes for the kitchen and bathroom while keeping us grounded in terms of good design, code restrictions, and space limitations while suggesting sources for low cost yet high-quality appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, and other additional materials for such a rebuild. Through his company, he assigned the various sub-contractors to perform the necessary work effectively and efficiently. Dealing with a home of this age, one needs to realize that when the walls are removed, one often finds unexpected difficulties. The old adage, â What you canâ t see canâ t hurt you!â is particularly dangerous one to hold in the light of corroding water pipes, drains, and mold infestations. Isaac was not the kind of contractor that â sugar coatsâ adverse situations â he was forthcoming, told us the grim news in person, while directing our strict attention to any health issues, current building code requirements, and protecting the over-all investment issues of our property. Isaac has a strong sense of ethics and responsibility towards his customers. Isaac takes his job very seriously, and he believes that the customer comes first: he is there to help them with their wishes â no matter how difficult that they might become at times.

My husband and I recently purchased a carriage house that was built in 1953 that was in need of a serious remodel. Since we were planning on renting the property after the remodel, cost was a definite concern. I interviewed several design/build contractor firms before starting my project. We ultimately chose Bay Builders because they were sensitive to our budget, professional and very knowledgeable. My first meeting was with Tom and Tal. I was looking for a more modern and open floor plan. They listened to my ideas and offered suggestions of their own. They had great ideas and addressed issues I had not considered. Once I told my husband I wanted to work with Bay Builders Tom set up another meeting with my husband to meet one of the owners, Sean Zaguri to discuss the project in more detail. They were honest and forthright about the project from the very beginning. They warned us that because the house was old once they started opening up and moving walls they might find additional problems that would need to be addressed that were not outlined in the original scope of the project. With any and all issues that came up they were forthright and honest about the additional needed repairs and cost. Pricing and costs were very transparent throughout the project. We had regular on site meetings to discuss the most cost effective way to address the additional repairs. Tom Aloni, as my project manager was professional, easy to communicate with and kept me informed of the progress of the project through texts, pictures and phone calls. In addition, Tom is always upbeat, positive and a pleasure to be around and work with. As someone who has remodeled a home, an office and built a home from the ground up I can honestly say I have had a wonderful experience with Bay Builders and their team. My husband and I are thrilled with the finished project and I would highly recommend Bay Builders and would use them again for any future projects.

We met with Isaac from Bay Builders to discuss remodeling our master bathroom. He gave us a computer generated vision of what we wanted our future bathroom to look like. He was easy to work with and delivered our project on time and on budget. The contractor and his team were very careful with our house and sealing up our master bedroom with heavy plastic so that we could still sleep in our bedroom during construction. Miguel made sure that we were very happy every step of the way. We could not be happier with our new bathroom!

Isaac Rozolyo is our project manager. Great guy - easy to talk to. He works hard to get as many discounts as possible. He also has high-quality work teams (kudos to Rene and Shon). We had semi-custom cabinets, quartz countertops and island, oak flooring, painting, additional electrical, and plumbing. So a complicated project. All great quality work - attention to detail. My wife and I purchased our home 26 years ago, raised a son, daughter, and various pets, and it showed! The house had originally been built in 1975, and it was definitely time for a major remodel. Although we had done minor remodels on the kitchen and bathroom prior, we wanted to do work on a significant update, both inside and out, that we could be happy with over the next ten plus years. We interviewed several design/build contractor firms before starting, but Bay Builders stood out right from the beginning in their attention to detail in their design ideas and estimated costs. Gilad and Tom, our Project Managers, were very easy to work with and prompt in addressing any issues or concerns we had going along. We were looking for a more â modern and openâ look ---- which was very different from where we started. They brought with them the experience and vision we wanted. It took time and patience on both our parts to make it work, but are extremely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Bay Builders and the skilled specialty subcontractors they employ!

We had our master bathroom remodeled with Isaac as the PM and Miguel as the lead contractor. We are really happy with our beautiful new bathroom and adjacent walk-in closet. We are currently undergoing our kitchen remodeling. We are so happy that we hired Bay Builders and Remodeling. Our project manager, Isaac, has a very pleasant personality and he is really easy to work with. He’s constantly checking in at our site and communicating very well with me and with his coworkers. Even I have a small question, he always answers and eases my mind. In the beginning, he showed us 3D design of how the kitchen would turn out after the remodeling. It was so nice that we could visualize the final outcome in 3D. Also, he did a miracle job getting us in San Jose City inspection appointment so soon, which makes our remodeling moving forward faster than we expected. Also, the workers are always on time, which makes my life so easy during the construction. They are very friendly and courteous. Less than 2 weeks in since started, but so far so good, and I am a very happy customer!

Bathroom - Remodel I spoke with five different contractors and my hunch about Isaac worked out great. He is very genuine and goes above and beyond when communicating. Issac is evidently passionate about his job. He does not show up to the work site to simply collect money and call it a day. He demonstrates concern and will accommodate when he senses it s warranted. He provides updates about the project in very timely fashion. More importantly he responds timely when I am the one reaching out to him about my concerns. Additionally, he accepts feedback like a professional. My comfort level is very high with Isaac. The project was completed and the old bathroom is nowhere in site. Thats a great thing. Living Room - Remodel This review is for the second project, living room and bedrooms. I decided to continue working with Isaac after the bathroom remodel was completed. I chose to continue with Isaac because of my comfort level with him and because he follows through. And of course the bathroom project turned out awesome, so I do trust Isaac to get the job done to my satisfaction. The entire second floor now feels hospitable. We had Isaac oversee the exterior of our second floor also. We had stucco put on. This project didnt seem as draining and was rather straight forward. I love the new fresh look. When the time comes, I would definitely reach out to Isaac again to complete the exterior of the first floor so the whole house will have a fresh new consistent look. There s a lot more to do with my house, and I am glad to know I have someone I can reach out to without question.
