Robert the owner showed up on time with his crew and equipment as promised finished the work on time , cleaned all debris and hauled it away , stayed behind to explain how to keep the asphalt maintained And called few weeks after to check on the work. "Jason envisioned our kitchen floor to be in good shape (as it looked). However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. He refinished the floor a second time with a larger finisher (3 different levels of sandpaper!) at no additional cost. We are happy with the work. I think it tells a lot about someone on a project that doesn’t go as planned. Following up and making it right is very important. We would definitely hire Jason again."
