Before my family could move to Sacramento from Las Vegas I knew the house we were moving into in Sacramento needed some major work and updating. So I undertook what I thought was going to be a monumentally difficult task of over seeing a major house remodeling from a state away. After driving to Sacramento and meeting with a few contractors our choice became crystal clear. It was no contest. Vadim, the estimator for America's advantage, was by far the most knowledgeable and detail oriented person we had met with. He foresaw issues before they arose and made suggestions on design and function on every step of the process. His expertise and construction background paid off immensely on our project and in accuracy of the estimate we were given. America's advantage opened up our kitchen by removing two walls and repainted and textured the entire interior. We also had them replace the carpet, tile, vanity, backsplash, countertops, cabinets, and front door. They reframed a leaking window and our walkway drop ceiling. They also installed our new appliances, toilet, oven vent hood, replumbed the house and moved a gas line. We were blown away with the final product and more than satisfied. I will definitely be using them again for any future remodeling needs. I appreciate Vadim, Oleg and crews hard work.
