Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"We used Future Generation Construction to remodel our front bathroom. They transformed it from a vintage 1950s bathroom (yes, pink tile) into a vibrant new room with glass tile and LVT floors. They finished the project on time with no cost increases. The workers were polite and friendly. They cleaned up each day before they left. Paul, the project lead, kept us informed of what was happening next. They did a beautiful job; we love our new bathroom. We would definitely use them again."

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced."
