They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. They also installed our new appliances, toilet, oven vent hood, replumbed the house and moved a gas line. We were blown away with the final product and more than satisfied.
