They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."

"Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced."

So I undertook what I thought was going to be a monumentally difficult task of over seeing a major house remodeling from a state away. After driving to Sacramento and meeting with a few contractors our choice became crystal clear. It was no contest. Vadim, the estimator for America's advantage, was by far the most knowledgeable and detail oriented person we had met with. He foresaw issues before they arose and made suggestions on design and function on every step of the process. America's advantage opened up our kitchen by removing two walls and repainted and textured the entire interior.
