He worked efficiently, was easy to have around and was careful with the details, with a good eye for what looks right and a lot of know-how. "Since the installation, the living room floor has gradually started changing colors and bubbling/ rippling. We reported it to them and they sent someone out for an inspection. We've asked for copies of our original bill (which we haven't been able to find) because we want to identify the adhesive they used originally to ensure it's not used again and find out if there is any warranty with the adhesive. They sent someone out for an inspection who thought it was water damage and told us that it really hinges on the adhesive used previously."
