From the start the company was very punctual. I was extremely impressed with Steve the painter. The precision in his brush strokes was amazing. I've watched a lot of professional painters in my life and he was by far the best I've seen. He was also very knowledgeable. The other painter David was extremely polite. He was also very skilled. They did an absolutely amazing job. The countertop installation was also very interesting to watch and the men who cut and installed our quartzite countertops were very quick and professional and did an amazing job. Dan, our tile guy, was also very quick and professional. He was very polite and made sure to check with me about decisions on how the tile was placed. I was very appreciative of that. Overall, I was very pleased with every crew that came to our house to work. To have an honest and fair review, I will also list the negatives. They are miniscule but still notable. Communication with management was lacking. I often had to ask when someone was coming. I had my kitchen completely demoed and no more work scheduled for 5 days. Seems like demo could've waited. I had to negotiate the price more than once which seemed inappropriate. Once should've been plenty. Twice I had men show up to work completely unannounced. When the work was completed, there was an absolute cut off of communication. No gratitude for my business of any sort. They sent a worker to ask for the final payment. Overall, the work is extremely quality work, so the company still gets 5/5 stars and I would recommend them. The positives far outweigh the negatives.

I would 100% recommend working with Old Ironsides as a construction company. I reached out to their company and Lee'o went out and looked at our property and gave me a bid. When I chose their company to do the work, I walked the property with Lee'o and Pat. I then went and picked the tile/flooring/countertops/sink/other finishes with them. Throughout the process, I got daily photo updates and Lee'o would email or call me with anything that was out of the norm. We always had a good conversation about what was going on and Lee'o provided me solutions to the problems we encountered. We had Old Ironsides do new: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, ducting, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, doors, painting (interior & exterior). They also took care of the termite/asbestos remediation. Doing a project of this size was very daunting but I never doubted their ability and the communication and quality of work was fantastic. I would highly recommend using Old Ironsides for all of your construction needs.

The remodel went as planned. The price was right and most everything went well. As with any remodel there were some hiccups. However, Lee'O and his team responded well and made sure everything was done beautifully. I am the world's pickiest person and they were able to deal with me. The company's foreman (Porter) is the best. His communication style and personality held the project together for me. He went way beyond normal to ensure that I was satisfied and that the company was well represented.

I was asked why “Old Ironsides”and there are 7 reasons why. Big bad Leo, special Porter and Mike, Louis, Ethan, Jason and Steve. Each one has a specialty and they were all excellent at their jobs. They remodeled my kitchen and made my vision come true. Old Ironsides is not only about being professional it was also about being personal. I had an old butcher block table that my late husband made me on our 2nd anniversary 40 years ago. Leo asked if I would like to incorporate it into my new kitchen. They listened to a story and made it happen. When I would keep adding projects to the remodel Porter and Leo would say no problem we can do that. So I say for all of my new projects no problem Old Ironsides can do that.

Absolutely my favorite room in our house now. We had a fireplace in our master. It took up so much room. Collected dust and was an eye sore. Old Ironside removed the fireplace and everything else in the bathroom and gave us a whole new bathroom. We love everything about it.

Turned out great. No more ugly florescent lights. Floors are beautiful. We had some hiccups with the crew hired to do the tile work. Ended up paying extra out of pocket for tile and had issues with face plates fitting on all electrical outlets when tile work was done. Took way longer than it should have to get the issue worked out, but once done, looks great and we are happy.

I was referred to Leo and his team by another contractor. I called him on a Thursday, he had a quote, a contract, and a start date that Saturday. They started 3 days earlier than scheduled and were all the absolute nicest people. They even brought us donuts twice. The work was done on schedule and all the trash and mess was hauled off. It exceeded our expectations. We feel very blessed to have found them. Thank you!

Had a great experience with these guys! Great communication; they were able to work with me to find dates that worked with my schedule. During the days of construction the crews were easy to work with, clean and worked efficiently. Would definitely hire again in the future.

Lee'o is a great guy that bent over backwards to make sure we were happy through all steps of the remodeling process. Hes got a great group of guy working for him and I highly recommend Old Ironsides for anything and everything you need done around the house. Will definitely be calling Lee'o again for everything in the future.

Old Ironsides was very professional, courteous, and supportive. They provided feedback in areas of the project that I didn't think of. Although there were minor setbacks that delayed the project a little, it was outside of the contractors control. Old Ironsides was professional enough to redirect their resources to other areas of the project to deliver a magnificent result. In the end, I am very please with the quality of work they did as well as in the time they completed it. I would recommend Old Ironsides for any home remodel and would definitely work with them again.

Fantastic! I have an older house and the last owners made bathroom more dated than it already was! Old Ironsides brought it up to date!! They replaced all hardware to match!! New wall mirror, really cool, tilts back and forth :) Paint, trim, flooring! A cleaning company came in and got the tub back to white! I am totally happy with my new bathroom. I had same guys who did my sunroom very professional and nice..

I now have a beautiful sunroom!! When I bought my house it looked like someone built the room without knowing what they were doing. There was no trimming the flooring was ok put coming up. The windows weren't very well done. Thanks to Old Ironsides Construction I now have a beautiful room professionally done. The workers were very professional and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company!! In fact I am going to be having them come back for the remodel of my kitchen.

I was ghosted by several other contractors and given the run around before I contacted Old Ironside. Lee'o came out same day to give me a quote and started install the same week. The tile backsplash I picked out was glass herringbone and Dan installed it beautifully in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team of professionals working for Old Ironside are amazing and are the best at their craft! Lee'o communicated with me every step of the process and constantly checked up on the job. Old Ironside takes pride in their work and it shows! I will be using them for future projects that I have and I highly recommend them!

I've had some bad experience with contractors in the past, but Lee'o and his guys were great to work with for my bedroom-to- office remodel. Lee'o kept me informed every step of the way. My project wasn't easy. I needed the old guest room door replaced with an arch, built in desk and cabinets, new flooring and new paint. In the end, it looked better than i had hoped. Lee'o stayed reasonably near my budget (although the increase in supplies was not fun, thanks covid!) and they finished just a few weeks after the proposed timeline (we had trouble getting the flooring i wanted). Overall, I love my new office. I'd recommend Lee'o and his team.
