They were early.  They even cleaned the throw pillows.  Very professional and efficient.  The couches were filthy and are recliners.  They spent the time to clean the back of the couches as well as recline them and clean ALL of the material.

As I recall, I think they would go in and measure the areas that needed cleaned instead of cleaning the whole room if you have one stain. They would just measure the stained area and clean just that area. So, it made it very cost effective. Their pricing was good.
