Our staff has been properly vetted by its owner. Same to next day service in many cases. With several years experience, we work hard to bring each customer the best possible service as well as the best quality products available. Please keep in mind as an owner I would never send someone to your home that I would not have at my own. I have learned that every customer and home is unique.. I guess you can say we do custom work as every job is different in its task. We would never use or recommend a product that we would not install on our own home. We believe in doing the job right as well as efficiently. While there are many companies to choose from, one thing I do promise is that if you choose to do business with us you will be absolutely happy. Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I have a lightweight concrete tile roof, and we had several spots that had started to leak, I had one area repaired once before but apparently it wasn't done correctly, and it started leaking again. When Sergio's crew came out, they took pictures of all the questionable areas, and I was given an estimate for the repairs needed. I felt the price quoted to me was reasonable. I agreed to the work and when the crew came out, they found quite a bit of damage in a couple of the areas and after talking to Sergio, he told me that all the extra stuff would be taken care of. They worked all day yesterday and half day today and I'm very happy with the work!

It was a pleasure to work with Sergio.. He gave me a very reasonable quote and once accepted, quickly scheduled and got the job done. Very reliable. Sabino and his two assistants did a high quality job on the roof repair. Got it done quickly and cleaned up all 3 days. The roof looks great. Sergio also gave me a good deal on the fascia, lapboard and rafter tails that Sabino repaired due to water/termite damage. I highly recommend PROC.

Sergio was very professional and responsive, With all the rain we were having at the time, it was difficult for him to get out right away, but he kept me informed of when he could start. His team started right on time. No they did not start at 7am , they started at a respectful time. His team was also very professional . They cleaned up everyday, before ending the day. They responded and came out quickly. They gave a great price. Being fully insured was important to me, especially when someone is working on my roof. I talked to several roofing companies about a leak situation that we had at our home. This company bent over backwards to help us. Sergio, the main contact, is the sweetest guy but he is also timely, efficient and always available to talk. The roofers who were here at the house were so very thorough, communicative, sweet and they all worked sooo very hard in the scorching heat. They actually did more than they were asked to do. Very prideful of their craft. We could not be happier with the service and quality repairs that we received.
