I am still finding areas where the polyurethane 'pooled' and was not spread evenly. Bob was not pleasant to work with when issues arose. He requested a 50% downpayment- seems high."

He even threw in a complementary shampoo on my huge sofa and did an amazing job of Reverse Osmosis Power Wash cleaning of my outdoor staircase and patio that made them sparkle like brand new!
