Maria and Gloria arrived on time and were well prepared. Both speak and understand English very well and did an excellent job cleaning our home. We attention to detail was most impressive, we will definitely hire them again.

This is the 3rd company I've used in Salinas and I'm glad I kept looking. First, having the same team each time is a huge help, they remember where things go and what I feel is important. My two wonderful ladies, Patty & Joanna, treat my home like their own; great attention to detail and care for my things. If there's a glass sitting out that I missed, they wash it and put it away. They even put some rugs in the washer & dryer for me! The company is helpful if I need to change a date or time or if I need something extra done. Customer service is their primary goal. I would never want to use anyone else.

After using another major service for the past year or two I had forgotten what it was like to look at my house and feel jazzed because it simply sparkled. Central Coast Cleaning gives me that every two weeks. They are a little pricier than others, but the work they do is worth it; they even vacuum the dog hair off my burgundy bedspread! Candle holders are not only dusted, the candle is removed and any old wax or dirt is cleaned out before the candle goes back in. This week they even put away dishes I had left in the drainer! I suspect it's a good things I keep my dogs with me or they'd probably bathe them while they were here :-) If you want your house CLEAN, these gals are the ones you want. You house will be spotless from the ceiling, curtain/drapery tops to the baseboards, and everything in between,.

I have been using Central Coast Cleaning (CCC) for about 4 -6 months ago.
1) The first thing I noticed was that many of my big white shutters where broken.. i have many 3 that were broken, now since CCC has been cleaning, there are probably 20 of them broken now.. I called in, the owne Grace said they were all broken before.. NOT.
2) I have asked them over and over to NOT make my tp and kleenex look like a motel.. do not shape them,, I want it natural. they have still not gotten that message, been over 3 months of asking them
3) at first I when they started cleaning for me, the tile floor was sticky when i came home..ok they will us water.. been ok until yesterday. still sticky today.
4) clorox stains on my bathroom rugs, expensive rugs.. they say they did not do those either..
5) last week out of the blue I was having company and went to use my vacuum cleaner.. turn it on, not working properly.. looked in the closet that I had taken it out of and found a piece of the vacuum in there. Not sure where it came from but obviously they last time they cleaned they broke it and put it back in the closet broken without telling me..
6) i made sure before the first service they were to use my vacuum cleaner, i did not want theirs in my house.. I tried to cancel them weds morning but they start cleaning at 8am and the office does not open until 9am so I could not get ahold of them. I come home and they house has been vacuumed. they used their vacuum in here..
i have complained over and over to Grace the owner.. one time she reimbursed me the fees for that day but it certainly does not cover my shutters that are ruined and my vacuum cleaner that is now in the shop.
I do not believe they are truthful, the girls that work for Grace.
I will not be using their services any longer.

They arrived on time with a good sized crew. Supervisor present to get everyone oriented. They worked until the job was done, and it was exactly as promised and even better. A home deep cleaning is a very big job, and I am impressed with their dedication to make everything sparkle.

I did a lot of research before calling Central Coast cleaning. I read every review on housekeepers on this website and was very selective before calling someone as I've grown tired of firing housekeepers.
I have been using Central Coast on a Bi-Monthly schedule now for about 4 months. They show up, usually right on time with two women. I've seen some different faces, but until today there has always been one constant lady.
The first time I used them I was blown away by their attention to detail and quality. I continue to be very impressed and while it costs more than the last person I had, I am happy to spend the money for the quality. These people get it!
Today I came home to two totally different people. I was a bit miffed at first because I don't like unfamiliar people in my house, but upon talking to one of the women I was put at ease. I think this pair may actually have done a better job than the previous (regular) pair.
I've hired lots of contractors throughout the years to provide me different services and have rarely, if ever, left a review. Central Coast cleaning is top notch. Would recommend to anybody.

The two workers did a truly good job. Worked hard and quickly.
Only complaint would be my own fault. Due to budget restrictions second half of flooring not as deep cleaned as first half. Budget/time restrictions cause. Look forward to the opportunity to have them back.

They wanted to bill us for $1250 for housecleaning, which is insane. Every other time I have dealt with cleaners it has been in the $200-$300 range. I had an argument with them over the price because they did not call to ask if they could send over 2 additional cleaners, we agreed on $800. I am still upset about it.

My initial experience was awesome. They were great over the phone to deal with, answering everytime I called. Setting up the appointment was easy and I had a call the day before to confirm and even the day of another call to double check directions. The ladies arrived right on time and were very polite and professional. I am an extremely picky person about my house cleaning and I can honestly say I found nothing they missed the first visit. I did have some issues with payment, I had to call to figure out how to pay but it was resolved easily. My only complaint is the price. The ladies were her for about 3.5hrs and it was $190. I was very pleased and decided to set up monthly cleaning. They negotiated a price with me for $160 for 3 hours every month. The next visit was also very good, the ladies were on time and did a great job. The third time, I got a call the day before and was told the ladies that usually cleaned were unavailable and they were sending another team. No problem. They still had not arrived 30 minutes after scheduled so I called the office and was told they got lost and would be there shortly. So, they were 45 minutes late. The cleaning was still good but I did notice some things that were missed like not dusting the ceiling fans and it just didnt seem like a thorough a job as usual. The fourth cleaning, they were 20 minutes late, no phone call to let me know this, and I noticed quite a few things that were missed. Again the ceiling fan was not done, I even left it off in hopes they would notice it this time, the baseboards werent dusted upstairs and the other dusting was not very thorough. I am thinking about cancelling service but my husband said I should call and let them know I'm not happy first. We'll see, its a lot of money to pay and I expect perfection every time, not just initially.

I could not be happier! These ladies work their butts off and my house sparkles when they leave. They are happy, efficient and on time. They always greet me like a friend and get right to work. I have left to run errands on several occasions and return to a locked, home and swept porch. I so appreciate them and highly recommend you treat yourself and get some "me" time back.

They were here within an hour of promised time - no problem. They clarified what services I needed and went right to work. Since there was a two hour minimum, when they finished with the floors, there was time to do the windows in three rooms as well.

My husband and I recently moved here and needed another good housekeeping company. We both work and really enjoy having our weekends to play. We called this company and set up a top to bottom clean (with the Angie's List coupon). The day before the cleaning I received a reminder phone call and they also called to get directions to our home as it is new housing and does not yet show up on Mapquest. I instructed the company to come before 0730 as we have to leave for work at 0745. They were here at about 0720 and ready to work (they even offered to do laundry). They were all extremely professional and understood my needs completely. I was even able to pay over the phone a couple days after the cleaning as we were at work when the cleaning was completed. When my husband called that evening to make the payment, the time sheets were not in yet so she told us that she would call us back. The next day she called us back and I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card. I then set up bi-weekly cleanings. The company offers multiple payment options (monthly invoices, pay by check at cleaning, or by credit card over the phone) which I think is very convenient. Overall my experience has been wonderful. I feel that the price is a little high for the bi-weekly cleanings ($140) but I'm willing to pay because of how professional and friendly the girls are.

I can always count on them to show up on time, and clean the unit to their high standards. They report any damage, and their work is always to a high and consistent standard. They report any minor issues such as needing light bulbs and batteries, and will restock for me at cost. This takes much of the headache and extra work associated with managing the units. I love working with them! Because they are bonded and insured, the cost is more than an average housekeeping service, but they are worth it because of their professionalism, and attention to detail. Because of the superior service they provide, I have no desire to look for other cleaners. Grace Barajas is a great leader and inspiration to her employees, and the people I work with on a day to day level (Christina) are also very responsive.
