"Super knowledgeable! We have had problems with our tankless water heater for years and always just dealt with it but recently it failed and we had no hot water. My wife called Noritz, the tankless manufacturer, and they referred us to The Water Heater Company. They only charged us $49 to diagnose the problem and we found out that the unit was never installed correctly, to begin with. We had them fix the bad installation of the recirculating pump and do maintenance on the tankless itself. The price was very reasonable and I am very happy to have found a company that really knows what they are doing. We have dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years and have never had someone in our home that was as transparent and knowledgeable. "very prompt and very personable brothers with current equipment to send camera into sewer line and found a crack in the clay pipe about 15 feet from the street which was causing me to have rootered several times in the past. we decided to have them cut and replace the cracked portion and install a fiberglas lining from that location to a separation near the city hookup that could cause future problems. they gave me exceptional service during the whole process answering all my questions and during the filming of the line, he would explain to me what was on the screen and and what problems existed. after installation of the fiberglass liner, he ran the camera through the line again showing me the finished product. cleaned up well after finished. i will definitely use them again for any future plumbing problems."
