After installing a complex new flue / exhaust duct -- he even fixed the wrong exhaust pipe, at no extra charge and no complaint, that roofers had put on last year when I had a new roof put on. "Bob was very thorough. He replaced the pump and installed a new line since dishwasher was not originally installed correctly. He ran through a number of rinse cycles to ensure it drained properly. So far all looks good. Given the amount of time and work done, as well as pump replacement price seemed reasonable. He also gave valuable tips."

"The project was done and completed Oct. 19. We had 2 low flow urinals installed in our Church restroom. Mike was very efficient and the job was done. Had to call him again 2 days later to check on a leak which he explained had something to do with the building's old rusty pipes. I agree with him.
