"Requested a quote on Monday and (thanks to some unexpected rain) Mike and Jonathan gave me a quote the same morning and Jonathan and Jesus were able to start work the next day. All three guys were nice and communicative and really made me feel like they cared. I had my old one piece tub/shower removed, the shower head raised (no more back bends while rinsing my hair!), and a new four piece shower/tub installed with new hardware. The price they quoted ($3800) was well below other quotes I’d gotten (mid-4k) and the timeframe (2 days) was far shorter than the other companies who said it would take a week to complete the project. I cannot recommend Diplomat enough! I supplied my own tub/shower unit (purchased prior when another company just stopped responding mid-scheduling), and the relief I felt at the guys being able to do everything so quickly and with such care is hard to express.
